Merchant OrderForm Shopping Cart ver 2.5 is a Powerful Perl based CGI Shopping Cart Engine. Once installed on a web site, it sits in the background, ready to accept input from the various site's Product Pages. Product input, or "Add To Cart" buttons can be placed on existing web site pages using standardized FORMs tags. The cart takes over once a shopper Adds something to the cart, and provides an extremely shopper friendly process, either thru Checkout & Payment, or to return the shopper to anywhere on your site for additional shopping.

MOFcart is entirely FORMs driven, and is one of the only commerical Web based shopping carts that can accept practically unlimited types of FORM based input, including complete Text, Price variation input, unlimited product option input, special Volume Pricing features. MOFcart comes packed with seriously customizable Front End cart options for computing Discounts, Coupons, Handling, Shipping, Tax, UPS Rates linkage. The v2.5 package includes a complete two tier Affiliate System integrated into the cart.

MOFcart can be matched completely to your site design and layout. The cart uses a series of templates that are made from your site's pages, so it matches exactly, maintaining your site's look and feel.

MOFcart has some serious built in options for customizing the Checkout process, integrating with AuthorizeNet (Checking or Card processing), Moneris (Canada based processing), ProTx (European based Cards) processing Gateways, or providing for a flurry of other outcomes like Pass off processing to PayPal, other POST gatways, MOTO offline processing, Mailing or Faxing payments, Call in payment, On Account payment, Deposits, COD options, Online Checking options.

Merchant OrderForm Shopping Cart ver 2.5 is practically a complete re-write. Major enhancements were aimed at making customizing even more robust and easier, moving all formatting to CSS, and setting up the underpinnings for future mySQL Front/Back end Utilities. There were also scores of small features and enhancements made to logistics, operations, menus, formatting. Here's a short list of changes:

• Modularized the Cart Functions (Menus & Other Functions) so that customizing is easier
• Redid all the formatting templates and embedded fonts to use CSS Central File
• Created a Remote Installation Utility (Win32 needs admin adjustments)
• Added more EEC support, complete SWITCH card, complete V.A.T. support
• Added a fixed alternate currency line, date, number, currency formatting, etc.
• Enhanced the Discount Coupon Functions
• Added Custom Tax abilities
• Added Unlimited Custom Fields to Checkout Area: Text, DropBox, RegEx abilities
• Added lots of new functions for Pop-Up Ordering
• Added some new rules for Cart Re-direction after Adding Item to Cart
• Almost all of the Dynamic Text (from cart output) has been moved to the Config Files
